When Are Financial Options Reviewed?

What Does My Treatment Fee Include?

Your treatment fee includes:

  • Records and X-rays
  • Treatment planning
  • All appliances
  • All routine orthodontic visits during regular hours
  • Emergency visits during regular office hours
  • One or two sets of retainers
  • Follow-up retention visits for a full year

What Is Not Included in My Treatment Fee?

While your treatment fee includes the essentials for orthodontic care, some items are not included. These may include:

  • Procedures performed at other dental offices outside our orthodontic practice
  • Missed or broken appointments
  • After-hours emergency appointments
  • Supplementary scan appointments
  • Extra appointments or consultations at your request

If special circumstances arise during treatment, a fee adjustment may be required to complete treatment.

How Does Insurance Work for Orthodontic Treatment?

While we are not in-network, we accept most PPO dental insurance plans and will file claims on your behalf. When allowed, we also accept assignment of benefits to help reduce your out-of-pocket costs.

Our treatment coordinators will help you understand your orthodontic benefits and how they apply to your treatment.

We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) as forms of payment.
