Case 1
She had a narrow upper jaw, an underbite and crowding. We used a palatal expander and Invisalign aligners for 2 years to obtain this beautiful result.
Case 2
This patient had a severe overbite and her lower jaw was retrusive. Over 18 months, we used a Herbst appliance and braces to advance her jaw and help give her perfect lip and facial balance.
Case 3
This adult’s teeth were hitting too heavily in the front and causing damage to his enamel. Over 18 months, we used Invisalign clear aligners to create a proper overbite and ideal dental esthetics.
Case 4
This patient had sleep apnea, snoring, a narrow palate and severe crowding of her teeth. She needed Interceptive Phase I treatment with a maxillary palatal expander and Invisalign aligners to create a broader smile, help alleviate her breathing symptoms, and create space for her adult teeth. Treatment only lasted 16 months.
Case 5
This patient had a severe overbite and his lower incisors were hitting his palate and causing irritation. He used a removeable retainer and bite plate to correct this condition when he was young. This took only 6 months.

Her chief complaint was her narrow smile and not being able to bite into food with her front teeth. Her back teeth were angled inward and her overbite needed improvement. We used Invisalign clear aligners for 12 months to give her a broader smile and better overlap of her front teeth.

She was treated for a narrow smile and minimal overbite and overlap of her front teeth. We used clear braces and elastics over 24 months to create this beautiful, broad smile.
