When Will Financial Options Be Reviewed?

Yes. As a convenience to patients, we offer automatic draft payments from:

What Does My Treatment Fee Include?
Your treatment fee includes:
- Records and X-rays
- Treatment planning
- All appliances
- All routine orthodontic visits during regular hours
- Emergency visits during regular office hours
- One or two sets of retainers
- Follow-up retention visits for a full year
What Is Not Included in My Treatment Fee?
While your treatment fee includes the essentials needed for orthodontic care, there are some items that are not included. These may include:
- Procedures performed at other dental offices outside our orthodontic practice
- Missed/broken appointments
- After-hours emergency appointments
- Supplementary scan appointments
- Extra appointments or consultations at your request
- If any special circumstances occur during treatment, a fee adjustment may be required to complete treatment under those unusual circumstances.
How Does Insurance Work for Orthodontic Treatment?
Advanced Orthodontics works with many insurance plans and can help you understand how your orthodontic benefits apply.
Assignment of Insurance Benefits
Our practice accepts assignment of benefits for many insurance plans. This helps reduce your family’s out-of-pocket expenses because insurance payments may be applied directly.
If we do not accept assignment of benefits from your plan, we can still help by filing claims so the insured can be reimbursed directly.

Yes. If your insurance provides orthodontic benefits, those can be applied while you use one of our flexible payment plans for the remaining balance.
Do You Offer Financing for Both Braces and Invisalign?
Yes. We offer financing options that can be used for orthodontic treatment, including braces and Invisalign, depending on the plan that best fits your needs.
What Happens If My Insurance Changes During Treatment?
If your insurance policy changes before your benefits are fully paid, please contact our office right away so we can update your contract and adjust your estimated coverage accordingly.
Can I Pay Off My Balance Early?
Yes. You can pay your balance off early at any time. Our team can also help you adjust or stop automatic payments once your account is paid in full.
